Video Camera Surveillance
 |
Video camera surveillance protects employers and employees.
It adds control to who enters your premises and time stamps
that arrival and departure. Wired to a digital recorder,
images are stored on a computer hard drive and are accessible
24/7 from an office or home computer. We can design the
system your business needs to protect its assets, reduce
liability and keep the honest employees honest.
A digital video surveillance system has embedded image capture
capabilities which allows video images or extracted information
to be compressed, stored or transmitted over communication
networks or digital data link. This appliance can be used
for any type of monitoring, either for business or personal
use.
Access Control
Access control is designed primarily for businesses. It
tracks employees, vendors and visitor arriving and leaving.
and it is used to track people coming and going, shrinkage,
and delivery times, anything that is going to give business
owners control over their operations. And one big reason
is that the card can be recovered and re-used for a new
person. If the card cannot be recovered, the card ID is
deleted from the system and the individual is denied access.
Better than trying to get a lost key returned!
Case Study
The Best Policy
A long time customer came to us with a concern.
He felt that he had good employees but he himself could
not be there to supervise everything while he was on the
road. Alternative telecommunications listened and designed
a system including a camera surveillance system with remote
access and a security system with open and closing reports
by user. To complement this we sent him open and closing
report on a monthly basis. The system gave the owner peace
of mind and helped keep honest people honest.
Church in Need
A local church had an alarm system. But with 20 plus
parishioners all using the same code, tracking who was coming
and going was difficult, especially when they had had keys!
The safety of the church – and the parishioners –
grew after someone entered the church and stole the safe.
It was clear to us that they needed help.
Alternative Telecommunications installed an access control
system and gave cards to the members, and collected all
but one set of keys. Now if a member leaves the church,
the card is either collected and re-programmed or deleted
altogether.
